If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD, or the way your brain handles focus, time, organisation and follow-through, might be behind your overwhelm, inconsistency, procrastination, or emotional reactivity,
you’re not alone.
Most people don’t need another “try harder” pep talk. They need clarity, a practical plan, and a way to reduce friction so life feels more manageable day to day - whether you’re exploring ADHD, considering assessment, or you simply want to start making changes now.
Important: This is not an ADHD diagnostic assessment. I don’t diagnose ADHD or provide medical advice. This is a structured clarity and planning process to help you understand your patterns and take useful next steps.
ADHD isn’t just about being easily distracted. For many adults it shows up as inconsistency: you can be capable and switched on, but repeatedly struggle with the day-to-day stuff that keeps life running smoothly — especially when you’re stressed, tired, or juggling a lot.
A lot of these challenges sit under executive function — the brain’s self-management skills.
Executive function includes things like planning and prioritising, starting tasks, managing time, remembering steps (working memory), staying organised, controlling impulses (like scrolling or switching tasks), and regulating emotions under pressure. When executive function is stretched, people often blame themselves for “not trying hard enough”, when the real issue is that their systems rely too much on willpower.
This package helps you map your patterns and build practical supports to reduce friction — whether or not you ever pursue a formal diagnosis.

I can’t diagnose ADHD. What I can do is help you understand whether your patterns are consistent with ADHD traits, what else may be contributing (sleep, anxiety, stress load), and what to do next.
Yes — this is often the best time for this work. Waiting lists can be long, and you still need a way to function now. This package focuses on practical support and reducing daily friction.

Yes you can and I also offer it face to face from my office in Congleton.
You’ll have a clear pathway: a self-led course tailored to your specific challenges, or a short implementation sprint if needed.
Yes, if your main issue is executive function (overwhelm, organisation, time, follow-through). We’ll treat ADHD as a hypothesis, not a conclusion.
The Clarity Package costs £295. For this you’ll receive two sessions plus everything needed to turn “I think it might be ADHD” into a practical plan.
This includes a face to face or secure online intake and screening pack, a structured clarity mapping session, and a personalised Executive Function Action Plan sent to you afterwards. Your plan covers the exact changes most likely to help (time, organisation, initiation, emotional regulation etc.), with simple routines you can actually stick to and next steps tailored to whether you want ongoing support or formal assessment.
